Delivery methods
Siren Films delivers by Royal Mail standard service. The items will be delivered within 10 working days.
If you wish the items for an specific date, we can arrange special delivery service (Royal Mail) and this will have an extra cost. Contact us for details of special delivery costs.
Refund and return policy
If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know!
In the unlikely event of a tape or DVD developing a fault within two years of purchase it will be replace free of charge.
We accept returns or exchanges for all items within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email us at info@sirenfilms.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund (minus shipping charge) or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
