Made in the 1980's by Wendy McEvoy (director of Siren Films) for Channel 4, this film reveals street play of children aged between 3 and 7. Filmed over the summer holidays in a cul-de-sac in a North -East town, an unsentimental view of children's society is shown.
The film presents us with a powerfully honest series of events which take us as close as we are likely to get towards seeing the world as a child.
