I don't know what I did before Siren films began producing their excellent dvds. I use them all the time when involved in training practitioners and working with parents. They are useful at any level, and MA students find them as fascinating and informing as those at level 3. They are easy to use, and show sufficiently extended pieces of film, that are not so long that they can't be fitted into a session, and allowing time for discussion. They really open up discussion and lead to further study in inspiring and rigorous ways. I am about to use 'Babies Outdoors' and 'Two Year Olds Outdoors'. These will sit well with the DVDs on Play, Attachment, Early Literacy and many more. Siren Films are an invaluable resource.
