Refund and return policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by clicking on the 'cancel' link next to the product ordered on your account page on the website. We can also accept cancellations by telephoning +44 (0)191 232 7900 during normal office hours or email us at info@sirenfilms.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund (minus shipping charge) or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.

In the unlikely event of a DVD developing a fault within two years of purchase it will be replaced free of charge.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
